Caucasus AgroDevelopment (CAD) is a joint stock company established in spring 2008 to pursue investments in South Caucasus region, mainly Georgia. The focus areas include cattle-breeding, plant-growing, poultry production, silkworm and fish breeding, bee-keeping; development of agriculture processing industry and development of full agricultural production chain (growing, storage, processing, marketing and trading).

At the initial stage, CAD intends to concentrate on building a sizeable dairy farm in West Georgia. Following a very thorough due diligence process, CAD picked a dairy farm near Senaki, West Georgia, to serve as its main base for a dairy business development in the country. The realization of the dairy products produced at the farm will be mainly conducted on the domestic market.

CAD is managed and overseen by a group of professionals, with significant experience in financial services and the agricultural sector.
